Listed Italian company, leader in the production and commercialisation of interior doors and windows, has consolidated over time a business model based on both B2B and B2C channels. It has also implemented an international structure to foster expansion in foreign markets where it generates 30% of its revenues.

It is also pursuing a strategy of growth through external channels in order to further strengthen its consolidation in its target market. The acquired companies will have the opportunity to take advantage of the group's commercial, marketing, industrial and management synergies.

The Group is also pursuing an external growth strategy in order to further strengthen its consolidation in the reference market.

Target

We wish to acquire companies with the following characteristics:

  • Manufacture of iron/aluminium windows and security doors with a turnover of €5 to €10mio
  • production of windows made of wood with a turnover of €5 to €10mio
  • production of PVC windows with a turnover of €5 to €20mio

Geographical areas: Northern and Central Italy.

Type of transaction sought: acquisition of at least 51% of the capital.
